“The Beatles” was a band formed in Liverpool (England), in 1960. Its integrants were:
George Harrison (guitar), John Lennon (guitar), Paul McCartney (bass and
vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums). It used to play rock music, in general, with
several genres: from ballads, to psychedelic and hard rock. It popularity was called of "Beatlemania".
When the band was starting, they used to play in clubs
on Liverpool and Hamburg, so they could "increase" their reputation,
and after, they published their first album: Love Me Do. So, The Beatles were
so popular at England and United States, they composed very famous songs, like Yellow Submarine, All My
Loving, Help, I Want To Hold Your Hand, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds and Hey
Jude.
The band was so important to the world, because their songs were so good, that they make
success until nowadays. They've received many awards by selling millions of copies. Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney are the two
integrants that are alive until now, so the band has "ended", and
they're having shows individually at the world.
